Nordic PCL Construction, Inc.

After working together as joint venture partners for more than a decade, Nordic PCL Construction, Inc. became a single entity when PCL acquired Nordic Construction, Ltd.  PCL and Nordic first partnered in 1994 with great success on the construction of the design-build Hawaii Convention Center.  Since then, we have teamed up on many other successful projects, including the Kahala Nui Senior Living Community, two phases for Marriott Vacation Club International’s Ko Olina Beach Club timeshares, the Keola La’i Condominiums, and The Residences & Ritz Carlton at Kapalua Bay.

What does this mean for PCL and Nordic customers building on the Hawaiian Islands?

• Expanded service from a larger resident construction organization offering more resources to meet customer needs;

Nordic PCL provides full design-build, general contracting and construction management services.  Clients benefit from our early project involvement with pre-construction services such as conceptual and detailed estimating, budget development and cost control, project scheduling, building information modeling, and global procurement.  We also provide project management, administration, accounting, human resources and marketing/business development support.

We have a vast portfolio of commercial, institutional, and residential projects.  These include office towers, retail complexes, medical office buildings and clinics, educational facilities, hotels, judicial buildings, timeshare developments, and large and small renovations.
